Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota is requesting the U.S. Court in Minnesota re-open a closed case based upon new evidence that shows a conspiracy to cover up and conceal an international child sex trafficking operation.

“By and through this communication I am requesting the U.S. District Court - District of Minnesota - re-open HOLMSETH v. CITY OF EAST OF EAST GRAND FORKS et al,” Holmseth said in a letter today.

“I am requesting the case be re-opened because (1) I believe my Constitutional rights under the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendments are being violated (2) in the commission of  18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights, (3) said conspiracy in place to protect persons in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2251 - Sexual Exploitation of Children, (4) and other state and federal crimes regarding international child trafficking, (5)  that violate the Executive Order signed by President Donald J. Trump on December 20, 2017 which declares in part; I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat. - Donald J. Trump,” Holmseth said.

Holmseth alleges East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad is conspiring against him with multiple members of an interstate organization that created child pornography of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings, and sells kidnapped children and babies to purchasers in foreign countries – moving children through a U.S. Embassy with fake documentation.

Holmseth obtained evidence of the trafficking operation during a journalism project.

Holmseth is presently the Plaintiff in a federal lawsuit filed against multiple defendants, through his attorney Steven S. Biss - Court File Number 3:18-CV-00361 - Virginia Eastern District Court.
